Required products :
300 grams of marinated mushrooms
2 potatoes
2 carrots
300 grams of ham
3 eggs
100 grams of pickles
mayonnaise to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes, eggs and carrots until done. Once cooled, peel and grate. Cut the ham into straws and the pickles into small cubes.
Arrange the salad in layers in a suitable dish, alternating products: mushrooms, potatoes, mayonnaise, ham, carrots, eggs, mayonnaise, cucumbers, mayonnaise. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour. Then remove the cover and turn over on a flat dish.
