Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of canned mussels
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of pickled onions
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:


Drain the mussels and pickled onions and put them in a blender. Grind them finely and pour into a bowl.

Add cream cheese, season with salt, pepper and cool.

Serve the pate on a slice. Ideal garnish for chips, french fries or bruschettas.
