Necessary products:
- 12 eggs
- 12 pieces of bacon
- 1 onion
- 150 grams of mushrooms
- oil
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Fry them in melted butter. Grease muffin tins with olive oil and a piece of bacon in them so that a "nest" is obtained. Pour the fried mushrooms and onions over the bacon, beat 1 egg on top and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Carefully remove the nests from the tins, arrange on a plate and serve hot.
