Pour boiling water over the oatmeal and let it simmer.
Cut the two oranges in half, carefully squeeze their juice with a hand juicer, keeping the peels healthy.
Strain 100 citrus liquid, heat it without boiling, then pour gelatin with it. Stir until dissolved.
Then add the yogurt, honey and stir again.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, pour it into the mixture you received, transfer the combination to a blender, add the steamed oatmeal together with the liquid (if any) and beat until smooth.
To make the color of the cream more saturated, you can use a little cocoa powder.
