How To Cook Oatmeal Cake With Apples, Dates And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

16 halves walnuts
1 packet baking powder (6 grams)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
200 grams dates
2 apples
1 teaspoon oatmeal
4 tablespoons honey
100 grams butter
1 teaspoon flour

Method of preparation :

Cut the dates into small pieces, removing the stones beforehand. Wash the apples, cut them into 4 parts and clean the core with the seeds. Cut the soft part into small pieces.

Melt the butter in a suitable saucepan, add the sugar and honey. Stir thoroughly until the white sweet crystals melt completely.

Then add the dates, and four minutes later pour the flour and oatmeal, baking powder, apples and pour the lemon juice. Mix everything.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Cover the bottom of a suitable form with parchment.
Spread the dough evenly in it, arrange the walnut halves on the surface and bake for 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 160 and let the dessert cook for another 10 minutes.

When cool, cut into 16 pieces and serve.
