Required products :
20 grams of oatmeal
a small orange or tangerine
1 banana
1 teaspoon honey
100 - 150 milliliters of natural drinking yogurt (or yogurt)
vanilla or cinnamon to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour boiling water over the oatmeal and leave for 3-5 minutes. Peel a banana, grate it and grind it with oatmeal.
Squeeze the juice from the orange, add honey to it, pour in the other products. Beat once more and then pour the milk.
The drink is ready, sprinkle with cinnamon or vanilla and serve.
You can replace the orange with an apple, honey - with sugar.
