Put the oatmeal, coconut yogurt and juice in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, add half the coconut to the mixture.
Heat a grill pan and roast the peaches and apricots with the cut side down for 2-3 minutes, until they get dark traces of the grill.
Roast the cherries in the same way.
Divide the oatmeal into 4 portions and garnish with the fruit. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
