How To Cook Oatmeal With Apricots, Cherries And Coconut Yogurt - Recipe

Required products :

  • 240 grams of oatmeal
  • 300 grams of coconut yogurt
  • 300 milliliters of apple, peach or mango juice (optional or mixed)
  • 50 grams of grated coconut
  • 2 peaches, pitted and cut into octopuses
  • 4 apricots, cut and pitted
  • 12 cherries, cut and pitted
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Method of preparation :

Put the oatmeal, coconut yogurt and juice in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, add half the coconut to the mixture.

Heat a grill pan and roast the peaches and apricots with the cut side down for 2-3 minutes, until they get dark traces of the grill.

Roast the cherries in the same way.

Divide the oatmeal into 4 portions and garnish with the fruit. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
