Required products :

6 tablespoons oatmeal

1 teaspoon water

3 teaspoons fresh milk

50 grams of butter

4 tablespoons sugar

a little salt

vanilla to taste

1 pear or peach (or suitable seasonal fruit)

walnuts

 

Method of preparation :

Pour hot water over the oatmeal and cook for 10 minutes. If necessary, add more.

Pour the warm milk, add a little salt, vanilla to taste.

Let the porridge cook for 15 minutes, then close the container with a lid and leave it like this.

Melt the butter, pour in the sugar and make golden caramel, which you carefully add to the prepared porridge and mix.

Serve it with pieces of fruit and walnuts.
