Required products :

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 60 grams of oatmeal
  • 150 milliliters of water
  • 3 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa

For garnish :

  • chocolate bits
  • chopped almonds

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Stew the banana in it and lightly mash it.
  • Add the oatmeal, chia seeds and water. Stir.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa and cook the porridge for about 3 minutes or until thickened, remembering to stir periodically.
  • Serve the oatmeal in a bowl garnished with pieces of chocolate and chopped almonds.
