Required products :

1-2 large onions (red is used in this case)
frying oil
1 teaspoon sifted flour
2 teaspoons salt
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2/3 teaspoon milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and cut it into thick round pieces, which you divide into circles.


Put them in a deep bowl and pour cold water. She has to cover them. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
