Required products :
1 orange
1 apple
1 teaspoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon water
Method of preparation :
Peel an orange, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Peel the apple as well, remove the core with the seeds.
Cut the fruit into pieces and put them in the bowl of a blender. Add the flax seeds, pour a glass of water and beat everything for about 2 minutes.
The smoothie is ready, you can serve.
