Required products :

700 grams of minced meat of your choice
150 grams of yellow cheese
100 grams of bread
1/2 tea cup of fresh milk
9 eggs
1 onion
salt, pepper, greens and other spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Season the minced meat with the spices, add the bread pre-soaked in fresh milk (along with the liquid) and the finely chopped onion. Stir, add 1 raw egg to the mixture and mix all ingredients thoroughly again.

Form large elliptical meatballs (like boats), which you arrange in a pan greased with oil. Using a spoon do press them in the middle, you should get a dent. Place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then fill the baked schnitzels with yellow cheese and beat 1 raw egg in each. Be careful not to spill the protein. Sprinkle a little yellow cheese around the yolk and return the dish to the oven. Let it cook for another 20 minutes. The yolk should not be completely baked.

Enjoy your meal!
