Required products :

  • 13 unsweetened pancakes (prepare them according to your favorite recipe)
  • 250 grams of chicken fillet
  • 30 grams of walnuts
  • 40 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 50 grams of butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 60 grams of yellow cheese (choose hard type)
  • 500 grams of mushrooms (which you prefer)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • different types of ground pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Once you have made the pancakes, sweep with the filling.

Cut the mushrooms into random pieces, fry in oil with onion and garlic for 10 minutes, the first 5 on high heat and the next - on low and close the pan with a lid.

Add the soy sauce, season and cook for a few more minutes, then cool the mixture.

Grind the chicken fillet together with the walnuts in a blender. Add the cream, softened butter at room temperature, nutmeg, salt and beat everything.

Puree the mushrooms again with the blender.

Grate the yellow cheese, mix half of it thoroughly with the mushroom puree and the rest with the chicken pate.

Next is the "assembly" of the cake. Arrange the pancakes on top of each other, alternating the two fillings.

The last layer should be pancake.

Decorate the dish as your imagination tells you.

Enjoy your meal!
