How To Cook Pangasius In Sweet And Sour Vegetable Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

1 kg pangasius fillet

3 onions

2 stalks of celery

1 red sweet pepper

7 cherry tomatoes

1 tsp grated ginger

2 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 - 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

4 - 5 tsp sugar

a little flour

1 tsp tomato juice

pepper

oil

left

Method of preparation:

Season the fish with salt and pepper, roll it in flour and fry on both sides in hot oil. Then arrange the fillet in a tray.

Cut onions, celery, peppers, tomatoes and fry them. Add to them soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger and stew until semi-finished. Pour the vegetables over the fish and pour over the tomato juice.

Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

 

An ideal addition to this juicy fish are garnishes of rice, potatoes or pasta.
