How To Cook Parfait With White Chocolate And Pieces Of Strawberries - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Parfait with white chocolate and pieces of strawberries". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream
  • 150 grams of white chocolate
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream also high fat
  • honey to taste
  • 3 tea cups cleaned and washed strawberries

Method of preparation :

Peeled and washed fresh strawberries cut in half if large. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath, stirring well to obtain a smooth mass.

Also, in a water bath, melt the honey and together with the yolks turn it into a thick foam.

Heat half of the liquid cream as much as possible, but do not allow it to boil. Then add it in a thin stream to the yolks, stirring constantly.

Move the pan to the minimum on the hob and cook until the mixture thickens (8-10 minutes), stirring during this time.

When removed from the heat, add the chocolate to the cream, stir and transfer the dessert to a large bowl, which you put in a bowl with ice. Cool, stirring.

Beat the remaining liquid cream into a thick foam together with the sour cream and mix thoroughly with a spatula with the chocolate-egg mass.

Divide the dessert into clear cups or bowls, alternating with the strawberry pieces.

Cool and serve with cookies or kisses.

Enjoy!
