Method of preparation:
Put the flour in a bowl, make a medium in which to pour water, olive oil and season with salt and sugar. Make dough and let it rest for half an hour. Divide it into equal sized balls and roll them out.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix it with the grated yellow cheese, chopped onion, parsley, garlic and season with red pepper. Stir and form balls of the mixture, which you put in the middle of each loaf.
Carefully wrap the dough, roll it out and repeat twice. Heat a dry pan, grease it with olive oil and bake the pearls until golden on both sides.
Serve warm, break and enjoy.
