How To Cook Parlenki With Rosemary, Olive Oil And Sea Salt - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pearls with rosemary, olive oil and sea salt". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 250 milliliters of warm water
  • 500 grams of flour
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1-2 pinches of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter

 

Method of preparation:


Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast and make a well in the middle. Pour the water, add the sugar, salt, beaten eggs and olive oil.

Make dough and leave it to rise. Roll out the crust on a floured surface and cut into squares. In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of butter and bake them on both sides.

Finely chop the rosemary, sprinkle with pearls, add salt and serve warm.
