Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast and make a well in the middle. Pour the water, add the sugar, salt, beaten eggs and olive oil.
Make dough and leave it to rise. Roll out the crust on a floured surface and cut into squares. In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of butter and bake them on both sides.
Finely chop the rosemary, sprinkle with pearls, add salt and serve warm.
