Required products :

  • 1 packet (400 grams) of pasta of your choice
  • 1/4 tea cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tea cup usually oil
  • 3/4 tea cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tea cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped green onion feathers
  • 4 teaspoons baby spinach
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes

Method of preparation :

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and cook the pasta in it for 10 minutes, until ready. Strain.

While the pasta is cooking, fry the sesame seeds in the oil until golden. Remove from the heat, add the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Stir and pour into a sealed storage container, set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the pasta, meat, 1 cup of dressing, cover the salad, let sit 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Before serving, add parsley, onion, halved cherry tomatoes and spinach. Drizzle with the remaining dressing, if necessary, and serve.
