Necessary products:

500 grams of pasta

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1 hot pepper

2 tomatoes

oil

salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

Boil the pasta in salted water. 5 minutes before they are ready, add some of the cauliflower along with the green leaves. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion, pepper and garlic until soft. Add the sliced ​​tomatoes, pour a little of the water in which the pasta was cooked and season with salt and pepper.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water, but not all of it (leave a little to keep the cabbage moist). Remove the cauliflower and cut it into small cubes.

Add the prepared sauce to the pasta, add the diced cabbage, pour into a plate and serve!
