Combine peanut butter with coconut flour, sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir well.
Line a tray with parchment paper. With a small spoon take the mixture and make piles in the prepared pan. Freeze for 1 hour.
Melt the coconut oil with the chocolate and stir.
Slightly shake the cooled peanut balls with your hand to get a better flat shape. Dip them in the melted chocolate with a fork and arrange them again in the pan. Drizzle them with more peanut butter. Cool for 10 minutes in the freezer.
Serve cold and store the remaining sweets in the freezer.
