Required products :

  • 2/3 tea cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oatmeal without additives (100 grams)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 tea cup chocolate drops (or pieces of chocolate)
  • 1/4 tea cup flaxseed (optional)

Method of preparation :

Mix all products in a large bowl, mix well.

Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This will make the butter firmer and make it easier to shape the candies.

Then make small balls. If your hands stick to the mixture, lightly grease them (such as coconut oil).

Place a thin layer of oatmeal and chocolate on a cutting board and roll the candies in for a better look.

To add more flavor to the candies, you can roll them in seeds, nuts, cocoa or anything else of your choice.

Store them in a closed box in the refrigerator, especially during the warmer months.
