Method of preparation :
To make the sauce, add mustard, honey, a little salt to the cream. Taste and you can sprinkle with oregano or dried basil if you wish.
Boil the eggs, cool them and cut into cubes or randomly.
Arugula leaves wash, dry and remove rough and hard parts.
Cut the ham into straws, the onion into semicircles, and the Chinese cabbage into small pieces.
Mix the cabbage, arugula, canned corn kernels, onion and ham. Stir and add the egg pieces.
Drizzle the salad with the sauce, sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds and serve.
