Required products :

  • 80 grams of sour cream

  • 300 grams of cottage cheese
  • 140 grams of mozzarella and ricotta
  • 50 grams of green onions
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 15 grams of dill
  • 20 grams of parsley
  • 30 milliliters of oil (for the dough)
  • May 4 grams
  • 130 milliliters of water (for the dough)

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the sifted flour and oil. Knead the dough and leave it to rise, you need to increase its volume 2 times.

Mix the cottage cheese with the mozzarella and ricotta. Finely chop the green onions, spinach, parsley and dill, then add them to the cheese and stir.
