Necessary products
For the dough:
May 30 grams
1 cup of milk or warm water
4 - 5 tea cups flour
1 egg
4 tablespoons butter (or vegetable oil)
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

1 head of garlic (or 20 grams of powder)
200 grams of yellow cheese (hard)

Method of preparation :
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk or warm water (with a temperature of about 35 - 37 degrees). Add the egg, sugar and salt. Then start gradually adding the sifted flour and knead the dough with your hands or a wooden spatula. At the end of kneading, add the melted and cooled butter (you can replace it with vegetable oil or margarine for baking). Continue to knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands, but no more, because it should not become hard (for this purpose, control the amount of flour).
Sprinkle the finished dough with flour, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 - 40 minutes. Knead once more and let rise again (about 30 minutes in the heat).
Grate the yellow cheese in bulk, melt the butter, peel and mash the garlic with a press. Mix the garlic and butter.
Divide the finished dough into pieces the size of a walnut. Grease a baking dish with oil.
Dip each of the balls of dough in the aromatic oil and arrange tightly next to each other in the bowl. Sprinkle the layer with yellow cheese and do the next in the same way, again sprinkling generously with yellow cheese. Continue until the products are exhausted. Finish with yellow cheese. Leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes to rise.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the dish with the dough, after 15 minutes of baking, cover with foil. After another 15 minutes, remove the coating and let the bread bake until a rich golden color is formed.
Depending on your oven, baking time varies from 30 to 45 minutes.
If you want, make larger balls of dough and you will get only 1 or two layers in the arrangement, but the smaller the balls, the tastier it becomes.
You can sprinkle the bread with sesame seeds or chopped parsley or dill.
