Necessary products
For the dough:
500 grams of yogurt
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon leavening agent
2 tablespoons oil
5 teaspoons flour
For the stuffing:
500 grams of cheese
connection fresh parsley
Method of preparation :
Mix the flour with the baking powder (you can use baking soda), add the milk and stir. Then add the egg, salt, sugar and oil, knead a pliable dough. If it turns solid, add more milk.
Divide the dough into several parts, which you roll out in layers with a diameter of about 30 cm. Grate the cheese, mix it with chopped parsley and put about 5 tablespoons of the resulting filling in the middle of each sheet of dough.
Close the edges and roll on the side with the edge. Punch the surface with a fork.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry on both sides over medium heat.
Grease the finished patties with butter.
