How To Cook Pizza With Beans And Corn On Quinoa Bread - Recipe

Do you want to eliminate pasta from your daily routine? We present you an interesting recipe for a healthy pizza that you can prepare quickly and easily, and you can enrich the filling of your choice.

Required products :

For swamps:

  • 3/4 teaspoon quinoa
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • salt and pepper to taste

for the stuffing:

  • 2 tablespoons canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons canned black beans
  • a few slices of red onion
  • 1/2 avocado
  • coriander leaves
  • juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation :

Soak the quinoa for an hour, then strain it and wash with clean water. Put 1 tea cup of clean water in the squeezed quinoa, add the tomato puree, the hot red pepper, the baking powder and a whole clove of garlic. Season with black pepper and salt and blend all products until a soft and smooth mixture is obtained.

 

Pour it into a tray lined with baking paper, 16 cm in diameter.

 

Garnish with corn kernels and beans. Cut the red onions into thin crescents and spread them over the other products. Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 230 degrees.

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes in the pan. Then carefully peel the paper from the marsh and transfer it to a wire rack until it cools completely.

 

Garnish the pizza with a few slices of avocado, coriander leaves and pour the juice of half a lemon.
