How To Cook Pizza With Porridge And Mushroom Stuffing - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 220 grams of mushrooms, chopped
  • 220 grams of shiitake
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Method of preparation :

Cook the porridge according to the instructions on the package, then add Parmesan cheese and half of the yellow cheese, season with salt and pepper. Spread it on a thin sheet in a tray lined with paper.

Bake for 5-6 minutes on high heat.

Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms in olive oil with onions, season with salt, pepper and thyme.

Remove the marshmallows from the oven, spread the mushrooms on top and sprinkle with yellow cheese.

Bake for 2-3 minutes and serve with fresh salad.
