Method of preparation:
Soak the seeds for 20 minutes in warm water and drain. Put them in a blender and add salt, red pepper, baking powder and water.
Beat until smooth and pour the mixture into a parchment-lined pan.
Bake the marshmallows in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Cool, spread it with tomato paste, put slices of mozzarella and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, cut and serve.
