How To Cook Pizza With Rice, Zucchini, Tomatoes And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

1 - 1.5 teaspoons of flour

5 grams of dry yeast

0.5 teaspoon fresh milk

2 eggs

1 tablespoon butter

0.5 teaspoon sugar

0.5 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon boiled rice

1 zucchini

1 tomato

0.5 peppers optional

10 - 15 pitted olives

1 tablespoon ketchup

green onions if desired

parsley

2 - 3 cloves of garlic

black pepper to taste and optional

grated yellow cheese for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from the products indicated for it and leave it for 30 minutes. Then roll it out and place in a pan greased with oil. Spread the dough with ketchup and spread the rice evenly on the surface. Next, a layer of zucchini (cut into circles) and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Then arrange the tomato rings, add salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Divide the olives on top (in halves) and sprinkle with grated cheese.

You can add pepper and green onions if you wish

Bake the pizza at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
