How To Cook Pizza Without Minced Chicken And Cheese Dough - Recipe

Required products :

250 grams of chicken fillet
1 egg
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 tomato
1/2 teaspoon spices for chicken
pinch of salt
about 50 grams of parmesan
100 grams of yellow cheese or other hard cheeses of your choice
fresh dill to taste

Method of preparation :

Grind the fillet and onion together with the butter to get minced meat. Add the egg, a pinch of salt, chicken seasoning and flour, mix everything thoroughly.
Spread the chicken "dough" on the bottom of a suitable dish that you have previously greased with oil. Arrange tomato rings on the surface, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
When you take out the finished pizza, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped dill while still hot.
