How To Cook Pocket Stuffed With Chicken, Cheese And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 large cucumber, cleaned of seeds
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 small head of red onion, cut into thin slices
  • 3/4 tea cup of yogurt with 2% fat
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tea cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint tea
  • 1/4 cup pitted olives, chopped
  • 1/4 tea cup of cheese
  • 4 loaves of bread

Method of preparation :

Grate the cucumber, salt it and pour into a colander.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon in a bowl, add the onion and set aside.

Finely grate the rind of the second lemon, put in a large bowl, squeeze the juice. Beat the yogurt with the garlic, salt and pepper. Add the cooked chicken and stir. Squeeze the excess water from the cucumber and add the vegetables to the meat. Stir.

Add the olives and grated cheese to the onion and lemon.

Cut the pita cakes in the middle, thus opening a pocket in them, which you fill with the chicken, and top with the onion and olives.
