300 grams of canned pineapple circles or to taste

200 grams of yellow cheese
5 tablespoons soy sauce

Method of preparation :
Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into pieces across the fibers. Then hammer, fry in hot oil on both sides until golden and cut into straws.
Cut the pineapple into circles and pour over the soy sauce. After 30 minutes, drain the liquid.
Cut the mushroom "caps" in two, onions - into small cubes and fry them together in hot oil. 3-5 minutes later add the pineapple and pour the marinade from the canned mushrooms (the liquid should completely cover the products). Let everything simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Put the meat in a suitable pan, spread the pineapple with the mushrooms on it, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and ground almonds.
Bake the dish for about 20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
