Required products :

5 large potatoes
2 eggs
4 sausages
100 grams of yellow cheese
spices to taste
butter to lubricate the dish
green onions to sprinkle the finished dish

Method of preparation :

Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water. Then grate them with a coarse grater and add to them the two pre-beaten eggs. Season to taste and stir.

Spread an even layer of the mixture on the bottom of a pan that you have previously greased with oil.

Arrange circles of sausages on the surface of the mashed potatoes and sprinkle everything with grated yellow cheese.
