How To Cook Potato Salad With Eggs And Mayonnaise Dressing - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato salad with eggs and mayonnaise dressing". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 6 medium-sized potatoes, peeled
  • 1 and 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon white or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into cubes
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut into cubes
  • paprika

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes or until soft. Drain the water, cool and cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.

Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes, celery, onions and eggs. Season with paprika, cover with a lid, refrigerate and serve the potato salad after about 2-3 hours.
