Learn how to cook "Potato salad with eggs, vegetables and bacon". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 600 grams of potatoes
- 100 grams of finely chopped bacon
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 radishes
- salt, pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika to sprinkle
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 200 grams of milk mayonnaise
- juice of half a lemon
- half a bunch of fresh parsley
- 1 head of red onion, finely chopped
Method of preparation:
Boil, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put them in a bowl and add the bacon, cucumbers, chopped radishes, onions and parsley.
Stir and add the diced tomatoes and season the salad with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice.
Stir, garnish with sliced eggs and sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Cool and serve the salad with a drink of your choice.
