Required products :

  • 700 grams of small potatoes, cut into slices about 1.5 centimeters thick

  • 3 teaspoons lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon wholemeal mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 small head of red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Transfer the sliced ​​potatoes to a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar and 3 teaspoons of lukewarm water.
  • Allow the mixture to boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer the potatoes for 20 minutes until soft.
  • Drain, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and spread them on baking paper to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix the mustard, cream, olive oil, red and green onions, dill and the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar in a large bowl. Stir well
