How To Cook Potato Salad With Sun-dried Tomatoes, Olives And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato salad with dried tomatoes, olives and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of small fresh potatoes
  • 200 grams of cheese (you can use feta)
  • 100 grams of green olives
  • 50 grams of black olives
  • 5-6 dried tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • basil if desired
  • freshly ground black pepper


Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes until fully cooked and drain the liquid by pouring them into a colander.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into large pieces, the cheese into cubes. Add them to the potatoes, which you also cut if they are bigger than necessary.

It's time for the pitted olives, and finally season the salad with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.

Sprinkle with fresh basil, if desired, and serve.
