Required products :
- mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- yellow cheese (diced or grated)
- frying oil
Method of preparation :
Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg, add salt and pepper to taste. Scrape the mixture with a spoon, put the yellow cheese in the middle and form a ball. Heat the oil and fry the balls in it, which you have previously rolled in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Then arrange on paper to drain off excess fat.
