Learn how to cook "Protein bars with apple puree and chocolate". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
120 grams of apple puree
60 grams of chocolate protein
30 grams of oatmeal flour
70 grams of sugar-free muesli
2 teaspoons of cocoa
25 grams of finely chopped dark chocolate
cinnamon to taste
Method of preparation :
In a suitable bowl, mix the apple puree with the chocolate protein. Add the oatmeal, muesli, cocoa and finely chopped dark chocolate. Add cinnamon to taste and stir.
From the resulting dough form blocks of the shape of your choice and bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
