Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Brush the funnels with egg on all sides.
Bake for 25 minutes and remove from the oven. Wait 5 minutes to cool and carefully remove the foil from the funnels. Transfer the puff pastry to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool completely to room temperature.
Using a bag or a bag with one corner cut off, fill the funnels with the strawberry cream.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and make a network of chocolate.
