Do you remember the funnels we ate as children? These will make you remember the past. It doesn't take too long to make them. In just 15 minutes they are ready, here's how!

Required products :

  • 1 packet of puff pastry (take it out at least 10 minutes before you start preparing the recipe to relax it)
  • 1 egg, broken
  • 100 grams of sugar (brown)
  • 600 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 vanilla cone (seeds only)
  • 200 grams of fresh raspberries
  • oil to grease the pan

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Roll out the dough very lightly and cut it into 1 cm strips.

Lightly grease metal shaping funnels (or make them out of foil).

Start rolling the dough wick spirally from the bottom of the funnel until you reach the end. Shape all the funnels in the same way.

Brush them with egg and sprinkle with brown sugar, arrange in a pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely, then carefully pull the metal funnels out of the dough.

Grind the raspberries in a food processor.

Whip the cream to soft peaks and combine with the sugar and vanilla, beat again. Mix with the raspberries and fill the funnels with the resulting cream. Use a pouch with a nozzle. If you do not have one, replace it with a bag with a cut corner.
