How To Cook Puff Pastry Pizza With Olives, Ham And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 5 tomatoes (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 14 olives
  • 70 grams of marinated mushrooms
  • 100 grams of ham
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese


Method of preparation :

Roll out a thin sheet of puff pastry, put in a pan and work with the other products.

Cut and stew the tomatoes, using both fresh and frozen. Cook until the liquid has completely evaporated. Cut the ham into small pieces.

Apply a layer of tomato paste on the dough, followed by mayonnaise and then spread the marinated mushrooms and ham.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and arrange the olives on the surface.

Place the pizza in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
