Necessary products:

500 grams of puff pastry

200 grams of green onions

30 grams of flour

6 eggs

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Thaw the puff pastry, boil the eggs hard and peel them, wash, dry and chop the green onions. Cut the eggs into small pieces and mix them with the onion, add salt and stir.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 12 rectangles. In each of them put 1 tbsp of the stuffing, smear the edges with egg and close to make a triangle. Put the patties made in this way in a tray with a bottom covered with baking paper, spread them with egg and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
