Required products :

1 sheet of puff pastry
6 eggs
200 grams of mushrooms
200 grams of ham
100 grams of yellow cheese a
small bunch of dill
1 tablespoon butter
salt and ground black pepper to taste
egg spread

Method of preparation :

First fry the mushrooms, add the diced ham and fry together for about 3 minutes.
Grate the yellow cheese, chop the dill and pour them over the lightly beaten eggs. Pour this mixture over the ham and mushrooms, let everything cook for about 4 minutes, stirring.
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Roll out the dough thinly and with the help of a sharp knife make the same number of incisions at the edges. Put the egg filling in the middle and knit the envelope from the dough.
Spread the surface with the beaten egg and bake the dish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
