Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • 160 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 150-200 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a pan. Cut the puff pastry into two parts, spread the first one and bake it until golden. Cool it and cut the crust so that it flattens the swamps.

Set it aside and crush the crusts finely. Combine the cream cheese with the butter, lemon juice and zest, add the sugar and beat until smooth. Spread the puff pastry and put the second piece of dough in the pan.

Bake until done, cool and cut the surface. Crush it as well. Glue the two marshmallows, spread the cream, sprinkle with the crushed crispy crusts and sugar. Cool the cake, cut and serve.
