Required products :
300 grams of roasted pumpkin
125 grams of rice
50 grams of nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts)
150 milliliters of fresh milk
1.5 tablespoons honey
1.5 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar a
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Pre-cook the rice until ready. Mix it with the pieces of roasted pumpkin, add the crushed fat-free roasted nuts and butter. Mix everything well and pour the resulting mixture into a suitable baking dish.
Heat the milk, add honey and pour the porridge. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
