How To Cook Pumpkin Salad With Apples, Honey And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pumpkin salad with apples, honey and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

250 grams of pumpkin

2 apples

50 grams of honey

1/4 tea cup walnuts

1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon powdered sugar

cinnamon to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the pumpkin or cut into very thin strips. Do the same with the apples. Mix in a deep bowl and add the lemon juice and honey. Stir and sprinkle with crushed walnuts. You can add dried fruits of your choice.

Let the salad stand for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar, cinnamon and serve.
