Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 tea cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 3-5 pitted dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 tea cup ice cubes

Method of preparation :

  • Put the oats in a blender and mash until coarse crumbs.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and turn the blender back on until smooth.
  • If the consistency is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
  • Pour the pumpkin smoothie into one large or two smaller cups.
  • Garnish with oatmeal and cinnamon sticks and serve.
