Learn how to cook "Pumpkin souffle with chocolate sauce and nuts". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of pumpkin
150 grams of liquid cream with a fat content of 30%
10 grams of gelatin
40 grams of chocolate
10 milliliters of fresh milk
cedar or other nuts for decoration
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and add the cream. Then add gelatin and heat the combination without allowing it to boil (up to 95 degrees). Remove the mixture from the heat, transfer to a suitable form and refrigerate to set.
Melt the chocolate together with the milk over a low heat.
Take the finished souffle out of the fridge, put it on a plate, pour over the chocolate sauce and decorate with cedar or other nuts.
