How To Cook Quick Cake With Honey, Walnuts And Caramel - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of sifted flour
  • 100 grams of finely ground walnuts
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • three eggs at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 125 grams of soft butter
  • 200 grams of walnuts

 

for the glaze

 

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cover a rectangular pan with a sheet of parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl put the flour with baking powder and ground walnuts, and in another bowl beat the eggs with honey and butter.

Combine the two mixtures, mix until smooth and pour into the pan. Arrange the walnuts and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and stir until you get an amber liquid caramel. Cool the cake and garnish it with the resulting caramel. Cut, serve and enjoy the taste!
